Frost Walker Enchant shuts down server when used

      Windows 10, Minecraft 1.9, Java 8, jre 73, Spigot 1.9

      When you walk on water for a few seconds, the frost walker works. After that few seconds the server shuts down. If you have the frost walker enchant on your boots, the server shuts down, even though you didn't login.
