Armor Stands are not spawning correctly

      Windows 10

      The armor stands on my server aren't loading correctly after updating my (test) server version from 1.8.8 to 1.9.
      All armor stands moved a little bit, so all the scenes, which i had built, are destroyed.
      I'm sure that this is not an error of a plugin, because i only installed three.
      The armor stands were also loaded and saved by the server itself.
