There's a definite lack of support for Anvils and Enchant Tables.

There haven't been Anvil events for years and everyone's been waiting for them to be added.
AnvilPrepareItemEvent, AnvilEvent (Repair and rename), etc.

For Enchant Tables, you can't get the available enchants from the anvil until after the player enchants.
