Changing back to survival after loging out in spectator mode hides body of the player.

    • Windows java 8.
      git-spigot-d97e08b-880a532 (MC:1.8.8) - it has been like this for a while atleast since 1.8.7.

      how to reproduce.
      1. log out when in spectator mode (3).
      2. log back in, change gamemode to survival (0).

      Result: Other players would not see the body of the player, only nametag and head. Player has to relog to get it back to normal.
