In the recent Spigot builds, Multicraft appears to be getting stuck at 'INFO Loading libraries, please wait...' for quite a few servers in the console meanwhile the logs show the server fully starting up. This happens on Multicraft, Multicraft have confirmed it's not an issue with Multicraft but an issue with Spigot outputting console output.

Restarting the server multiple times sometimes makes the console finally start responding, googling shows this is a widespread issue with no clear resolution.
