So we currently restarted our build server and we set up all ranks correctly with correct permission types like we did in the last one (which worked), we have tried multiple ways of getting the permissions and the ranks to work correctly but everything that we have tried has failed, it seems to be that the only way of having any sort of permission would be to op the individual players which we really don't want to do.

This server was supposed to be online 3 days ago and currently it's still down due to the ranks, hence the critical priority.
