Essentials Signs, such as [Buy], [Sell] and any other dynamic signs are not updating due to the new way Signs work in 1.8. They don't create the actual dynamic sign, and stay as a regular text one. I'm not 100% sure that this is a Essentials issue, as it could possibly be a Spigot issue.
