After the recent return from DDoS hell, attempts to retrieve plugin history pages with wget or curl from my two servers return 403. My automagical update checker depends on that functionality, which worked formerly. Please advise.

      Example:

      wget -v -O - https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/biomeremap.70973/history | grep -c 'ERROR 403'
      -2020-04-03 05:03:04- https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/biomeremap.70973/history
