I need a plugin that allows mobs from spawners to spawn on any block (including air)

      I have a few worlds on my server and one of them is skyblock. Most skyblock servers allow you to make easy afk mob farms because mobs can spawn on any block or in the air, but when I use a spawner, mobs can only spawn on grass. Is there some plugin I can use to change this?
