Essentials causing all player heads to appear as "steve" heads in inventory

      Whenever i type /give <playername> minecraft:skull 1 3

      {SkullOwner:"Notch"}

      i get a "steve" head in my inventory. But when I place the head on the ground Notch's skin appears. When I try to wear the head in the helmet position the steve skin appears instead of Notch's skin. I have tried this command both with essentials installed and without essentials installed on my server and the time I tried without essentials installed the head appeared correctly in my inventory with Notch's skin and when I tried with essentials installed the steve skin appeared. It may be that the essentials /give command is conflicting with the bukkit/minecraft /give command. The issue also seems to effect NPC's made using the Citizens plugin. This issue is annoying as wearing the heads is a really nice feature of them and boring old steve heads are no fun. Hope this issue can be solved.
