When I write the command /spawn or /setspawn my server it s being blocked and stopped responding

      I have a faction server,version 1.12.2 and I am still working on it and I have to set a spawn with the /setspawn command and after a minute I get stuck and my server kick me and stopped responding.

      Please help me!
