Hello, I am the developer of the Factoid plugin. The repository server as been changed and you need to use now FactoidAPI (since version 0.5.0).

Here is the new repository and how to access the new Maven repository : https://github.com/Tabinol/FactoidAPI/wiki

Without these modifications, zPermission will not compile.
