Hey,
till yesterday I had searched after a plugin which prevents that flowers or other blocks fall down by the Minecraft physics.

As I found one plugin ~ NoPhysics and PhysicsToggle ~ I was very happy. But than, after an hour I shutdown my root and I don't knew that the settings will be resetted after it. 

After an another hour I turned my root against on and all flower dropped down.
Now is my question how I can save the settings of the Plugin? Or is there any other plugin which can prevent the Minecraft physics (and save the settings of it)?
