With PermissionsEx in the config I am allowed to set the groups of players.  But there are a couple things I have no idea how to work.  One is that in the default group you can do everything I set but /hub /bal or /spawn.  I also don't know how to allow the default group to be able to go through the Multiverse portals to other worlds.
