The Essentials /exp command does not work as expected on my server.

When trying to take or give levels, it works erratically and will not give or take the appropriate levels. I have no information regarding any patterns or triggers for this bug - it seems to be a random, unexpected output each time it is run.

Additionally, it seems that when using the /exp command, the maximum levels a player can hold at once is 192. I have not been able to exceed this number using the Essentials /exp command, but I have been able to using /minecraft:xp instead.
