When I try to mute a player that has been breaking the rules, they can still talk in chat. The only chat related plugins that I am using are: EssentialsChat, ChatControl, & ColoredGroups. I already tried removing these plugins one by one, but the command doesn't seem to work. Additionally, there are no errors stated in the config. Please help!
