Group Manager Won't Work No Matter What!

      I really don't understand. I know how this works. I have watched videos and tried everything. No matter what I do group manager won't work. I can't even use the default groups. For some reason the prefixes just won't show up which are causing other things to mess up. I really need help, quickly!
