I've seen this multiple times and I didn't knew why people did it, however, somehow you can send a pending payment on paypal - It show's the payment in your paypal, but you don't have access to the money yet.

Also, the user can cancel the payment at any time.

Someone just send me a pending payment again, cancelled it right after and out of curiosity I checked the buyers list of my plugin and saw that he was in there.

Normally when people do a chargeback they'd be removed from the list automatically, however, when using this method, you never paid anything and still have access to download the plugin.

It's probably a high priority right now, since people will always find a way to scam (or just download the plugins from a leak site) - However, if there is a fast & easy way to fix this it would be appreciated, since now the said user can also download all updates instantly without problems, and any anti-piracy wouldn't work, since he's a buyer of the plugin now.
