When a user joins the server in a low ranked group (5) the server lags everyone out. I believe this is caused by Pex checking the inheritance of all the groups. If I remove inheritance from all the groups and specify all the permissions individually the problem disappears. The server has 40+ groups and this would bring the entire server to a standstill.
