      Unable to compile Spigot 1.20.5 using BuildTools CLI. Confirmed that the same environment was able to build Spigot 1.20.4 with no problems (even after upgrade to Java 21). Recently upgraded from openjdk17 to openJDK 21 JRE headless version.

      OS Version: Ubuntu 20.04
