There is a scaling issue on 4K monitors for BuildTools GUI.

This exists on Linux. I have not yet tested on Windows, but presume it exists there too. I will confirm the presence on Windows soon. I will not be able to test on Mac.

There is a provisional fix by adding the JVM argument:

-Dsun.java2d.uiScale=2

See attachments for how it looks w/o flag by default.

Nothixal has a potential fix that does not require flags, but needs testing on Windows to confirm. I will do this testing soon (unless someone else has a 4K monitor and can test too.)
