Originally I successfully compiled BuildTools.jar using cmd command: java -jar BuildTools.jar

This worked perfectly fine, however I wanted to install version 1.19, not 1.19.3. I tried to run BuildTools again and it did not work. So I deleted the files that BuildTools put onto my PC and tried again with nothing, running the cmd command: java jar BuildTools.jar -rev 1.19

This resulted in the cmd outputting no errors or messages of any kind and doing absolutely nothing. Attached is a screenshot of my cmd window. 

I had it working initially, but now the same process to compile BuildTools doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
