When running BuildTools, shortly after it downloads the vanilla server files, it gets interrupted by a java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException on the file work\server-<mcversion>.jar

I've tried with Minecraft versions 1.19.3, 1.19.2 and 1.18.2, all with the same error (I've attached a log for each version).

Running the previous version of BuildTools (151) does not throw this exception, even though I've not removed the work folder while downgrading (and, as I understand it, using the same file donwloaded by the 152 version of BuildTools).
