I'm trying to upgrade my 1.14.2 server because it says it's outdated when I boot it. But I keep getting this error (No tty allocated). I've looked around a little bit to resolve it myself but it seems like I lack the knowledge to do so.

Please advice on what I can do to fix this issue.
