BungeeCord Crash... And I don't know why :/

      Hello,

       

      My BungeeCord server is crashing every 30 minutes, it started 1 day ago. It simply disconnect all the players but it still possible to send commands on console like glist or alert. But the server seems off and players can't join or see if the server is online even if I can send commands by console.

      I found 2 errors so I don't know which means something :
