Could not generate the Spigot jar files.

      The compilation process executes without error until we reach the Spigot section. The following is my command line log stating the issue. http://pastebin.com/vfNBgUzD

      I execute the BuildTools.jar file using the following command line inside of Git Bash.

      JAVA_HOME="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_03" java -jar BuildTools.jar
