When I make scripts using the exact commands shown on this page https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/buildtools-updates-information.42865/

It puts every single file (From buildtools.jar to spigot.jar) in my home directory. I really want to change this and I've tried adding a cd . in my script but it still doesn't work.
