Luring animals (cows with wheat, etc) should fire EntityTargetLivingEntityEvent with a new reason (LURE, maybe)

      Currently there is really no event that triggers when an animal targets a player when the player lures it. I believe it should trigger the event specified since it fits its name perfectly. We just need a new reason enum.

      An event here would allow us to cancel this behavior in protections plugins to prevent players from stealing animals out of someone's protected area by luring them.
