Description

Dispenser and dropper couldn't drop Dyes , The server wants to dispense dyes to grow up something. Moreover dispense bonemeal front of seeds or saplings doesn't grow up the seeds or the saplings.

Please try again without plugins.

Unable to reproduce, on a vanilla spigot envrionment both dispensers and droppers will drop dyes normally
Additionally, I could not reproduce the second bug - with a dispenser the bonemeal grew the seeds up as per expected behavious.
