Whenever I throw enderpearl or drops to a new build nether portal, enderpearl or drops can't teleport to a different dimension. I then tried it in the single player world, where ender pearls or drops can be teleported to different dimensions. There wasn't any plugins added onto the my server when I discovered this issue. Provided some videos of it at google drive.

Are you sure the version you have stated is correct, because this bug was fixed not long after 1.21 released. |
