 Description

In Minecraft 1.20.5 they changed the "/setworldspawn" command to only work in the Overworld.
See here: https://minecraft.wiki/w/Commands/setworldspawn#History
In a vanilla environment this may make sense, but in a custom server this seems like an odd restriction.
I would like to suggest the removal of this restriction.

I personally have used this command several times in other worlds for reasons such as a spawn command, where the player can teleport to the spawn of different worlds. This command allows me to hop around worlds and easily set spawn points.
Obviously In code I can still do this, but it would be handy to stick with the vanilla command.
