Lagging on the server Randomly while using /tprandom 

These are my plugins,

 
This is my TPS without teleporting and it causes no lag to the server 

The lowered TPS while randomly teleporting. it's insanely laggy at this point for the server and you'd think this little of a drop wouldn't be but, it is.

Delete this post, i've completely solved the issue now by working on the plugins myself and adding a new one that works with tp random command to allow it to load chunks prematurely
