 Description   

Freshly built 1.19.1 JAR removes stacktraces for some reason. Example in the video (ran a broken command, no stacktrace) - that's not my edge case, other people have been experiencing this

Since the title of your issue is rather general:
Is your issue specific to exceptions in commands or have you found other occurrences, like in event listeners?
