 Description   

Snowman do not drop a pumpkin when sheared on Spigot servers. Also tested on CraftBukkit version 3197-Bukkit-e8e3cbc (MC: 1.17.1) and it doesn't drop there either. No plugins were installed on the server. This issue has existed since Snowman have been able to drop a pumpkin when sheared (starting from 1.16).

Tested in both vanilla singleplayer and multiplayer and it drops properly in both.

To reproduce:

  • Spawn a snowman by placing two snow blocks on top of each other and a carved pumpkin on the top of those.
  • Grab some shears and right click on the snowman with them.
  • No pumpkin drops, but the pumpkin is removed from the snowman's head.

Time required to reproduce: Less than a minute.

Expected result: The pumpkin is removed from the snowman's head and dropped on the ground.
