The version on deluxechat that the API says is the latest does not exist as it has been removed, I have seen this problem for multiple plugins but can only remember one. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/deluxechat.1277/history https://api.spigotmc.org/legacy/update.php?resource=66284/ I have also noticed it can take over 48h for versions so it does not grab them live.
