 Description   

For some reason its possible to teleport throw end gateway (appears after killing dragon) while riding entity by simply going into portal block. Seams to work with any entity. Issue is that after teleportation player will be glitched out as entity dint teleported properly with him, reloging resolves issue. And just to add, in case you teleport throw end gateway with ender eye then teleport cause will be correct as END_GATEWAY, while teleportation with entity without throwing ender eye will result into UNKNOWN. 

To top that one up. If you are riding and trying to teleport throw end gateway with ender eye, it will not teleport you and sometimes will glitch out and will send you to the destination, which seams to only be client sided as you cant interact and reloging will return you back to previous position.

Well end gateway is broken in general, they implemented some general rule when any entity enters end gateway block to teleport its "owner" or something in between those lines. But in general as this is vanilla issue we will have to wait for 1.16.2 and hope they fixed it with fixes they should have done related to end gateway in general. 

So i guess we can close this ticket for time being and if issue repeats in 1.16.2 i will let you know

Could this possibly be related to https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-167285 which was fixed in 20w27a?

Tested on vanilla, more or less same issue. You can teleport while riding entity by simply entering portal block and in case you use ender eye, you are glitched out. So i guess there wont be a fix for this one.

Are you able to reproduce this issue with vanilla Minecraft?
