 Description   

The compass needle works as it should as long as only one player is on the server. But if another player joins and uses a compass as well they interfere with each other by using the same target point of one player for both.

After further investigation it turns out that this bug is not a Spigot bug.

I also tested it on a vanilla server and the bug persists. Maybe it has something to do with running both Minecraft instances on the same PC. I couldn't test it with another player yet.

The video shows that you're setting the world spawn location. Please explain in much more detail where you think the issue lies. Please also compare to vanilla Minecraft.

Have you tested without plugins?
