As per title when you do /give @p minecraft:diamond_pickaxe you receive 2 of the item instead of one. Important to note is that so fdar i have only experienced this with a diamond_pickaxe it seems no other items are affected by this bug. |

Suddenly unable to reproduce. after a server restart if started behaving like it should. even after resetting the server to factory it was still un-reproduce-able |
