 Description   

When i want to open a new map ingame, it doesn't show anything. It will be a blank map I'm attaching photos! This problem only is on this multiplayer server.

I suspect the plugin ImageOnMap, because it functioned well in the past, but one of the player tried to upload 4k images and then it killed all the further maps we would like to make.

Cannot reproduce, also 1.12 is not supported.
Maybe the plugin exhausted the map limit of 32k?
I believe 1.13 or at least 1.14 no longer have this limit

Please paste the output of /version and then try to reproduce without any plugins.

We removed the plugin and the problem is still alive. We can't make new maps

If you suspect that plugin then please try to reproduce without that plugin.
