 Description   

When using the biome brush that voxelsniper has, biomes do not update and are still visible and F3'ed as the old biome. Relogging updates it.

For that reason I cannot use it. I thought I'd notify you.

I noticed that memory leak. Though I require that feature for my build team server.
It's more acceptable to relog when the lag gets too bad than relog for every single update.

Is there a chance that it will ever come back?
Can it be forced to update in some way that is not relogging/restarting?

The ability to update biomes was removed due to the fact in 1.8 it causes two client issues:

  • Memory leaks
  • Entity stop rendering

We can't fix the client

Did you try relogging/changing the world? At least in 1.7 and with the WE equivalent of the biome brush that made the biome to appear.
