The pillagers don't seem to despawn near the outposts, I check plain old vanilla and it was working fine. but spigot with no plugins isn't |

to run the vanilla 1.14.2 server I downloaded the jar, 15 mins ago i run the jar with this command (the same one from the spigot server starting page) "java -Xms1G -Xmx1G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -jar server.jar" and after 15mins:
I gave the whole image with f3 menu, maybe i am missing something? Also I will run it over night to confirm after an hour it stays a low count.

In vanilla, they just keep spawning and spawning, definitely not a spigot issue
VANILLA:

I'm currently running it again, to confirm or deny. They don't spawn quickly they just never despawn for me.

This is a vanilla bug I just loaded up a vanilla server, and its doing this. /locate Pillager_Outpost, TP to that location, and pillagers (along with other entities) keep spawning at an alarming rate.

How do you find a pillager outpost?

Response to edit I am not sure in vanilla I do the same test and I don't get armies. I'm not here to criticize the code I just want it fixed and I like to know the bugs in my code so I can fix them.

Create world, find pillager Outpost afk for about 30 mins near it (I just leave a creative account on while I do stuff in real life) Come back and look too see a semi large amount of pillagers. Afk for longer to see more. I built near one not knowing of this so since I was close I was near it for hours and I'm not exaggerating there was around 200 of them. I thought most of this was obvious I apologise.

How to reproduce exactly. Under what circumstances does a pillager normally despawn?

Thank you, I will do this in the morning and report what the console says.

He's asking for the version, 1.14.2 is not a spigot version, its a Minecraft version. To get your version, type `/version` in game/console and provide the entire output

the spigot jar you get from following the instructions on this page. https://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/buildtools/ The picture is of the 1.14.1 version but I have noticed a similar problem on 1.14.2 version. I am not sure how you resolved this, it makes no sense. Please be a better programmer. I understand I didn't put much information into the bug, I am not sure what else you want me to say. Vanilla they despawn so you don't have 100 or 200 around you. When running the spigot.jar file I get from doing the above link's instructions I get a lot of pillagers that never despawn. I am a programmer so I get the issue with the context I give you, but if you are going to be quick to close a ticket that isn't finished people will just start opening more or the same ticket which are duplicates that cause problems.

What do you mean? No attempt to follow instructions. 1.14.2 is not a version |
