Potion effects BAD_OMEN and HERO_OF_THE VILLAGE are with unknown names.
If you use PotionEffectType.BAD_OMEN.getName () it will return UNKNOWF_EFFECT_TYPE_31.
If you try to use PotionEffectType.getByName ("BAD_OMEN") it will return null.
