 Description   

Noticed when building an auto sheep farm with observers, but they weren't being triggered. Grass blocks are not changing to dirt when sheep eat them. Unable to reproduce in singleplayer or on the vanilla jar.

Feeling extremely dumb right now. It was the mobGriefing gamerule. My apoloogies ._.

On the last spigot version o.O Are you sure you don't have a plugin preventing that from happening?
