Description

I am a admin on the minecraft server Tiki-Craft and we are having trouble getting our server started. We encounter the error below that I put in the log text i have attached

Hi,

Please note 1.13.2 is the current version.
This error indicates your server is too laggy.
You may increase timeout time in spigot.yml to prevent a crash, but note there will be lag.

We recommend youtake this issue up with your host as well if you are using one.
