Description

In earlier versions of my bungeecord server, I was able to run commands that would only work in online mode. For example the player head command. Now in 1.13.2, it won't let me retrieve the playerhead with the same command I used in a vanilla server with online mode enabled. I have online mode enabled in my bungeecord config and disabled in all the other server.properties files for the other servers. This used to work in the same configuration. error1 is vanilla, error2 is spigot w/ bungeecord.

Please use the forums for support, this has nothing to do with BungeeCord.
In the second screenshot your command is wrong.
If textures aren't loading likely you didn't enable bungeecord in spigot.yml
