 Description   

The first Problem is that the Commands /spawn and /setspawn or /setworldspawn doesnt work. It just happens nothing.

 

Second Problem is that after 10 second or more on the Server the Server kick me out and i need to join again, and i dont know why. I see no Info in the consol who could explain this.

There is no /spawn or /setspawn command in Spigot. So this seems to be a plugin issue. For /setworldspawn please try to reproduce without any plugin.
