 Description   

Placing the required materials (4 Soul Sands in a T shape, 3 Wither Skeleton Skulls on top) will not spawn the Wither.

 

I have tested with 1.13 vanilla and then without plugins. In vanilla, it spawns like it should.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make a new world
  2. /give @p minecraft:soul_sand 64
  3. /give @p minecraft:wither_skeleton_skull 10
  4. Place 4 Soul Sand in a T shape and place 3 skulls on top of the blocks - the placed blocks and heads stay there and the Wither will not spawn.

I have tried to find a solution for this but have yet to come up with anything. The Summon command just gives the "Unable to summon" error message. In a vanilla world with the same seed everything works normally.

Please try to reproduce without any plugins and with difficulty set to anything other than peaceful.

I would also like help with this. I can summon a wither in my world on vanilla with no issues. I start spigot and suddenly no wither spawns...

Is this marked resolved because it has been fixed, or because the bug report was insufficient? We are experiencing the same issue on our server. If it needs more information I can try to assist. Thank you.

/Summon does work tho!
