 Description   

After doing /gamerule commandBlockOutput false, /execute command keep displaying into the chat.

 

Tested in vanilla minecraft, and this does not occur

Cannot reproduce. Output only appears when gamerule is true.
Tested using same command setup as you.
The attached screenshot shows no further output occuring when the second redstone block is placed.
