Description

Disable creation of advancement file for each user if disabled-advancements contains '*'

Currently still causes a file to be created for each user regardless of disabled-advancements.

Disabling if the asterisk is used would save a ton of files. Especially on large servers.

People may want to disable all Vanilla advancements and still have their own.
I've added a separate option to disable saving and moved the disabled advancements to under it.
