Seems if any plugin wants to use sqlite they throw an error. Only 2 plugins I have that use it are CoreProtect and worldguard. Not sure if updating to the latest version of sqlite would fix the issue or not? Im running the latest spigot build as of 3rd May 2017.

SQLite is installed on the OS which is ubuntu 14 the only thing I saw was there was a certain version of SQLite which apparently is broken. Also not sure if either worldguard or coreprotect is trying to use a native version that doesn't exist. I'm a tad lost |

You are running Spigot on an OS where SQLite is not properly supported (AlpineLinux?). |

I have the latest versions of both direct from their GitHub sites that I know of. Unless there is a more up to date version that's not easy to find? |
